The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining computer networks and systems.

Example of Duties
- Act as first responder to infrastructure trouble-tickets including: LAN/WAN switching routing, wireless network, server, firewall, IDS, and IPS issues.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance on Windows and Linux servers, security appliances, network devices, and SIEM solutions
- Technicians must have the product knowledge and technical skills to install and configure network/security components and operating systems.
- Maintain enterprise monitoring Platform
- Assist with documenting configurations and maintaining enterprise repository of systems
- Rack, stack and cable networking equipment

Experience- Network Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
- Network Security Administration
- Some Windows Server administration
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. Relevant experience can be substituted for degree.
Certifications & Licenses:- Network+ (CompTIA) or similar (Preferred)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
