The Junior Systems Network Administrator is a key contributorto our Information Technology team. Primary responsibilities include configuring and supporting enterprise solutions in the cloud and on-premisessometimes working independently and requires a high degree of self-motivation, drive, and follow-through.
What you will do:
- Support and assist with securing server environments in the cloud and on premises
- Support andmaintain on premises and cloud infrastructure
- Administer network switches, firewall, and routers
- Investigateand resolve technical problems and performance issues
- Monitor systems, respond to issues, and provide performance metrics
- Proactively identify areas that need improvement and assist with developing solutions to address them
- Develop and maintaindocumentation
- Create and streamline processes that impact the company as a whole
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work with Support Teams in resolving service requests
- Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
How you will shine:
- 3+ years IT Technical Support
- 1+ year Windows 10 Pro+ systems support
- Intermediateunderstanding of Wireless technologies, VOIP, Cloud, Internet, andNetworks
- Experience running small projects
- Demonstratedability to follow through on documentations, tasks and complete projects
- Excellent customer support skills and a positive attitude
- Passion for learning, growing, and improving
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a growing, multi-faceted environment
