ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
As an Multi-Cloud Solutions Architect, you will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. You will perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will also guide customers on their Cloud journey. Advising on how to best design, deploy and optimize their solutions to cloud for high availability, reliability, performance, and scale.
You will lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. You may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. You will participate in business development activities. You will develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
- Define Oracle solutions to help prospective and existing customers address business challenges and IT transformation
- Work closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to develop a robust solution
- Provide advice and guidance to our customers and partners on the best practices for their migration to Oracle Public Cloud. Become a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex Systems and Cloud challenges
- Successfully understand and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
- Support bidding process
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and appropriate solutions
What You’ll Bring
You have that rare combination—a sharp technical brain and a head for business. You are an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. You demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred, senior-level consulting position. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
What we require:
- A solid consulting experience (including +6 years) on implementing technology solution solutions
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Solid understanding of CLOUD concepts.
- Experience in system architecture (at least one example of work).
- Awareness of cyber security concepts and ability to design secure IT solutions
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
- Ability to identify and mitigate various risk in designed architectures.
- Experience with architecture notations like Archimate, SABSA etc.
- Certification in the area like TOGAF or in cloud may be advantageous.
- Ability to inspire and engage with senior stakeholders based on content (technology knowledge, transformation approach, adoption centricity)
- Relevant experience on Cloud projects with any Public Cloud technology (Oracle, Azure, AWS, Google), Oracle OCI would be a plus
- Ambition to Lead: projects and resources
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with Polish as either the native language or extremely fluent.
