Understand and document current finance processes and requirements.
Support finance discovery sessions within Lovisa and including 3rd party.
Document configuration required within our finance system to support process automations.
Work very closely with finance team members to support the roadmap of delivery.
Should be able to work closely with finance team members.
Should be able to demonstrate complete understanding of AP, AR, FA, Banking and Cash Management in Retail landscape.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Finance Oracle Fusion Cloud for at least 2-3 years.
Mandatory knowledge to implement and execute finance projects within an organization
Should be able to multi-task and work in multiple projects at the same time
Desired Skills :
Hands-on experience with Lean, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and engagement skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and delivery focus
Experience in vendor and 3rd Party management advantageous
Design and develop solutions to establish and measure accountabilities.
