We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud support, Azure Active Directory, , Azure policies, Windows Active Directory, Intune administration, MDM, O365 administration, Windows and Linux server expertise, O365 mail management, DNS zones management and related technologies. The Senior IT Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and IT operations to ensure optimal performance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Azure Cloud Support:
- Provide expertise in Azure cloud services, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Hyper-V and Virtual machines
Azure Active Directory and Windows Active Directory:
- Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory and Windows Active Directory services.
- Implement security best practices for directory services.
- Configure and manage identity and access management solutions.
- Implementation knowledge of DFS , Directory DNS , Group Policy
Azure Policies:
- Develop and enforce Azure policies for security, compliance, and governance.
- Keep abreast of Azure policy best practices and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay current with Azure updates and recommend enhancements to optimize cloud resources
Intune Administration, MDM & Endpoint management:
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and mobile device management (MDM).
- Implement and maintain policies for device management, security, and compliance.
- Knowledge of Remote desktop like Cloud PC , AVD , Any third party RD etc.
- Knowledge of Autopilot Implementation and management.
O365 Administration:
- Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve O365-related issues
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of O365 applications.
Windows and Linux Server Expertise:
- Configure, deploy, and manage Windows and Linux servers.
- Perform server optimizations, updates, and troubleshooting.
O365 Mail Expertise:
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 email services.
- Implement and maintain mail security and compliance features.
- Implementation of DL, Shared mail email encryption etc.
DNS Zones and record :
- Manage DNS configurations and zones for internal and external services for the organization's infrastructure.
- Ensure proper resolution and availability of domain names.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DNS-related issues promptly.
