Overview:
The Oracle Cloud SCM Technical Consultant plays a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. This position is vital to the organization as it ensures seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet our clients' business needs and improve their supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on client requirements
- Design and develop technical solutions to integrate Oracle Cloud SCM with other systems
- Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions
- Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud SCM applications
- Deliver technical training and support to end-users
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM enhancements and provide recommendations for optimization
- Assist in data migration and integration activities
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM solutions
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices
- Expertise in data integration technologies and techniques
- Hands-on experience in customization and extension of Oracle Cloud SCM applications
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM or related areas is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
- Knowledge of Oracle PaaS and SaaS offerings is beneficial
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
