Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who can manage a team of cloud infrastructure engineers and support specialists to provide high quality service experience to our clients under 24x7x365 SLA agreements. The individual should be able to take 100% ownership of the team and ensure service availability.
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of AWS cloud environments.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud systems.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for cloud operations using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Design and implement backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for cloud-related issues.
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 8 years focused on AWS cloud administration.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred).
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.), Linux/Unix administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a hosting environment or with managed service providers.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with database administration and optimization in cloud environments.

- BCA or B. Tech.
- MCA or M. Tech.
