We are seeking talented candidates with a top-tier strategy consulting or technology strategy background for the position of either Associate or Senior Associate in our Public Cloud Enablement and Adoption initiative. Led by the firm’s COO for Global Technology, and Head of Infrastructure Platforms, the initiative functions as a strategic accelerator to moving our firm onto the Public Cloud, driving strategic delivery including policy, budgets, investments and execution for the firm. This role sits within the Transformation Office. Given the importance of the transformation, as part of this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior leaders across the entirety of JP Morgan.

Associate/ Senior Associate
As a Strategy Associate in the Transformation Office, you will lead teams in solving complex problems, framing strategy decisions and unblocking implementation issues critical to achieving a key strategic priority of the firm:
- Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
- Develop work plans to test/ evaluate strategies and insights and deliver the goals of the Transformation Office
- Collaborate with key client stakeholders in Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-in
- Lead and support interviews, working sessions, and presentations, driving towards business outcomes
- Build operating models, frameworks, content, hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions
- Prioritize and manage your day to day work together with your manager and according to business needs
- Identify potential roadblocks/ obstacles and escalate issues as needed
- Identify implications and “so whats” of outputs, data and analysis within the team
- Contribute to development of concise communication materials for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years consulting experience with a top-tier strategy/ management consulting firm, an internal consulting/ corporate strategy team, or a top-tier technology strategy firm
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- An outstanding ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutions
- An ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Financial services or regulatory background and/ or technical Cloud experience is preferred, but not mandatory
