- 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Fusion
- Minimum two full implementation cycle experience with Core HCM
- Hands-on experience with all setup areas of Core HCM
- Understanding of security roles, security profiles, and role customizations
- Familiarity with building OTBI reports for HCM
- Familiarity with at least two of the following modules:
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Compensation
- Time and Labor
- ORC / Taleo
- OLC

- Good general IT skills
- Client-facing experience
- Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality
- Should be collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail
- Must be good with presentation skills
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or equivalent experience in HCM.
