Subject / Environment:
Our Digital Factory provides operational support for the implementation of digital transformation within the organization. In collaboration with experts, architects, and product managers, you will contribute to building a cloud infrastructure tailored for digital products in the Defense market.
Identification of Activities - Tasks to be performed:
- Analyze new requirements to define, in collaboration with other team members, the necessary enhancements to be implemented on our cloud platform.
- Participate in estimating these new requirements to ensure the fulfillment of our commitments and overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as a technical expert in architecture and system engineering workshops.
- Build and automate approved enhancements following Infrastructure as Code and security best practices.
- Contribute to the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) and Maintenance in Configuration State (MCS) of the platform.
- Participate in the improvement and monitoring of the overall platform monitoring.
- Contribute to Level 2/3 support of the platform required for the analysis of technical incidents.
- Contribute to document creation, both for internal needs and for client communication.
Skills and Resources Required:
- Proficiency in Azure Stack Hub technology (Microsoft certifications: AZ-900, AZ-600, AZ-104) and VMware Horizon.
- Mastery of Ansible and Terraform configuration languages.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, and AWS).
