We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant - Lead to join our team and manage Application Managed Services (AMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules and extensive experience in leading SCM implementations and support projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Oracle Cloud SCM AMS Project:
a. Manage end-to-end SCM application support and maintenance activities.
b. Oversee system configurations, enhancements, and integration with other modules.
c. Provide guidance and leadership to the SCM functional team.
2. Functional Expertise:
a. Configure and implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.).
b. Analyse business requirements and translate them into SCM solutions.
c. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
3. Project Management:
a. Support project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for SCM AMS projects.
b. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
c. Act as the primary point of contact for SCM-related issues and escalations.
4. Stakeholder Management:
a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their SCM needs and provide strategic advice.
b. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SCM operations.
b. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SCM management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Oracle Cloud SCM certification preferred.
3. 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules with at least 3 years in a lead consultant role.
4. Proven experience in AMS projects, from transition to closure.
5. Oracle Certified Resource
Responsible and Accountable for owning Transition Phase & Participate in KT sessions.
Day-to-Day Support
Monitor daily SCM operations
Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems
Implement updates and patches to maintain system compliance and security
Provide end-user support and training
Generate and analyze SCM reports for stakeholders
Document and streamline SCM processes for efficiency improvements
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage and update financial data and configurations.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related needs.
Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
