Duration: 12-24 months (approximate)
Job Purpose:
The consultant is responsible to Implement/Support/Enhance SAP Fieldglass modules:
- Worker Profile Management
- Service Procurement
- Contingent Workforce Management
Key Responsibilities
The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out independently all the configuration/testing/training related to the above three modules. This will include but not limited to:
- Understand all areas of FG configurations, integrations with respect to SAP Fieldglass modules of (Worker Profile Management, Service Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management).
- Support business functions and provide detailed IT technical expertise to maintain applications support environment and resolve day to day issues.
- Identify and assess complex problems or business scenarios and provide viable solutions to Qatargas.
- Define, document and execute small-scale projects (or sub-projects) by actively participating in all phases of the project.
- Identify, assesses and manage risks and issues which might impact the success of the project.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and assist in presenting issues and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, policies and procedures.
- Support FG integration requirements with respect to Success factors, S/4 HANA and SAP ECC
Requirements- Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent
- 2-4 years of progressive Fieldglass experience.
- Completion of at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations.
- SAP certified application – Associate, preferably professional.
- Good Knowledge of SAP (HR, FI, and MM) and SuccessFactors modules
