We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM
Technical Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications,
building Integrations, Fast Formulas, and loading data using HDL/HSDL/FBDI to
meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with functional
consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective solutions
that enhance the overall HR processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud
implementations.
- At least 2/3 Oracle implementation experience.
- Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Should have delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts,
BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also
understanding of the other tools like HSDL is a plus.
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs. Is a plus.
- Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.) Is a plus.
