Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineers, emphasizing automation, cloud, and DevOps.
- Collaborate at a senior level across the program team, working with technical product owners, architects, engineers, and customer experience experts.
- Advocate for cloud-native architecture adoption in engineering teams.
- Accelerate the productivity of thousands of engineers using our products and services.
- Facilitate rapid decision-making, remove blockers, and provide direction.
- Translate the needs of Technical Product Owners and Tech Leads into actionable tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a DevOps role and 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Holistic understanding of cloud infrastructure, VPCs, networks, and security.
- Deep knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, preferred Golang).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform or similar).
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or cloud-based pipelines).
- Strong experience in building infrastructure architecture for applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong English proficiency (minimum 800 TOEIC score).
