Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider with integrated solutions across four key domains – telecom networks, IT, smart devices, and cloud services.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
- Advocating CLOUD technology in the wider community. Developing and executing a strategy to promote the company's cloud technical solutions with existing and future customers. Earning trust and building relationships with developers is key.
- Attending various technical community events & university workshops and delivering keynote speeches or delivery training courses on CLOUD services. Helping users understand how they can develop, deploy and operate applications that are scalable, secure and maintainable.
- Working as a bridge between the open source & developer communities and CLOUD, organizing for meetups, taking part in educating, sharing best practices via how-to videos and conducting technical workshops, and building efficient and effective solutions.
- Working with the product management team to plan content and events such as tutorials, promotional videos and technical blog posts.
- Working as a Partner with CLOUD Development teams to evaluate the latest CLOUD services resolve customer issues and solicit feedback for improvements, feedback on potential bugs and usability issues to Development teams.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in the Cloud technologies.
- Possession of related Cloud Certifications, such as HCIP, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Possess a good command of at least one of the programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, GO, and JavaScript.
- Possess knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, databases and mainstream middleware.
- Good understanding of the technology stack in either Blockchain, Mobile, AI, Big Data or IoT areas.
- Prior experience working with Developer Communities via the conduct of technical workshops and providing technical solutions to companies. Experience with public speaking, teaching and connecting with developers.
- Good command of English.
