Overview

Stagwell Core is looking for a self-starter Cloud administrator to support our SaaS environments across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge on Collaboration environments, Identity management, and email filtration systems.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Support collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspaces, etc..)
Create and maintain Standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation
Leverage automation to eliminate repetitive tasks
Maintain best security practices provided by the Sec-Ops team
Assist in SaaS migrations
Communicate incidents/outages to internal and brands teams
Respond to technical issues reported by logging and monitoring tools in a timely manner.
Maintain best practices provided by internal leadership and SaaS providers
Document SaaS environments and maintain documentation

Qualifications

You Should Have:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information science or an equivalent, Military Experience, or relevant experience
Ability to provide quality technical support, attention to detail, and a positive customer service attitude
Good communication skills
A collaborative attitude
Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality
A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects
