Why you will like this job aka your responsibilities:
As a consultant you will act as a functional and technical advisor, thanks to your expertise in cloud solutions. You know how to connect business solutions that we provide with customer’s reality. You will fully understand how a company operates.
You will be involved in different projects among others : Implementation’s Project, from scratch or from an old solution the client does not need any more; or support projects where the client already has a solution and would like to update or improve it.
As a consultant, you support our clients in their digital transition. After a rigorous audit on their business, their objectives, their internal processes, their technical ecosystems, you advise them on the cloud solution (ERP, MRP, CRM, MAS...) best suited to their needs.
To be more precise in the day-to-day operations: you analyze and document customers’ business needs, application system requirements, configurations, workflows, processes, and procedures. You define, scope and document appropriate solutions to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements. Then you configure, test, deploy, support, and troubleshoot application systems to meet business process requirements. Finally, you analyze business data reporting requirements and follow up with reports, estimates, design, development, and validation. While communicating regularly with project managers and with your team on the status of the work in progress.
You act as a trusted advisor by ensuring extraordinary customer service in line with our best practices and go the extra mile. You act as the front line support for existing customers, responding to their calls and providing immediate assistance for urgent requests.
You are involved in upsell, (not sales): Set up demonstration environments used to showcase cloud-based business solutions to potential customers.
Finally, training and knowledge is very important for your development and growth and to get the customer's solution up and running. You act as a coach for your colleagues on solutions provided and supported by the organization. You make internal presentations about lessons learned from client projects, industry trends & best practices, tips & tricks and new cloud solutions capabilities. And you provide training to end users during implementation projects.
You are the person we are looking for if you:
- Are reassured, efficient, multi-task and wearing many hats;
- Are energetic, self-reliant/starter, confident, articulate, a team player and have professional communication speaking and writing abilities for customer facing, and customer documentation;
- Excellent client management skills: you can resolve or prevent almost any issue by being clear and encouraging an unhindered flow of information, which means getting the right information to the right person through the right channel exactly when it is needed;
- Have a good balance between strategic thinking and “get things done” attitude;
- Have strong consulting, listening and problem-solving skills;
- Have a University degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology Management or a relevant discipline;
- Have an excellent mastery of English and French (bilingual, spoken, written).
Consider as an asset:
- Knowledge of computer programming or willing to learn: Javascript, SQL or other scripting abilities;
- Practical knowledge of at least one ERP application (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or e-commerce solution;
- Experience with Salesforce.com and NetSuite solutions, Apex and Visualforce development.
