A new job opportunity has opened for a passionate Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional consultant with experience in configuration, testing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in understanding business requirements, identifying solution fits / gaps, and building high-quality deliverables fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will be assisting a work stream lead and in helping deliver project deliverables like Proof of Concepts, configurations, Testing, Training, Bug resolution etc. Note that these roles require hands on experience of Oracle Cloud Order Management and Inventory modules as a pre-requisite to be shortlisted.
Job Location – Pune/Bangalore
The following list provides a view of the activities that you would be undertaking:
- Assist in capturing business requirements and participate in solution design, testing in Oracle Supply Chain the following areas
- Oracle Inventory Cloud – including Picking, Shipping, Receiving, Transfers etc.
- Oracle Order Management Cloud – including Pricing, Intercompany, Drop-ship, Back-to-Back flows.
- (Optional): Oracle Cloud Procurement - Creating Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Approvals, Receipt. - Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Workstream lead / internal team and client team if situation demands.
- Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, help identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.
- Assist work stream led to Solution Design – Prototypes, Proof of concepts, Fit Gap analysis and Participate Walk through sessions with User / Process Owners/ Business SME.
- Identify and document Test Cases, Test results ensuring the outcomes are in line with the finalized process / transaction flows.
- Whenever applicable work with data migration team to help identify data mapping and provide functional inputs. Data reconciliation using MS Excel.
- Configuration of CRP / Test / Production Environments with guidance from senior members in the team.
- Assist documenting Key User Training Courseware.
- Monitor / Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with Oracle Support & your work stream lead until resolution.
- Liaising with cross work stream leads including technical leads with a view to ensure end to end solution validity.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using of Oracle Cloud Order Management and Inventory Management.
- Must have experience in configuration, testing basic to advanced business processes on above two modules.
- Must have conceptual clarity and knowledge of out of the box scenarios including Intercompany, Drop-ship and Back-to-back scenarios.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing and supply chain/ distribution business.
- Good understanding of supply chain management.
- Good experience of working with clients based in Europe and USA.
- Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proactive, Self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented.
- Certification in Order Management / Inventory cloud will be an added advantage.
