As an Application Developer: IBM Cloud Integration, you will design, implement, and support integration applications, enabling clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to develop high-performing, responsive, and maintainable software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Development & Support: Develop and support integration applications for cloud migrations and ongoing support.
- Cloud Integration/Containerization: Utilize tools like App Connect Enterprise, API Connect.
- Message Flow Development: Work with ESB tools and technologies such as IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco, Mule, etc. Experience with Web Services SOAP and HTTP, HTTPs with SSL, Encryption, and decryption.
- Analysis & Design: Engage in problem analysis, requirement analysis, high-level and low-level design, development, deployment, testing, documentation, production support, and configuration of the integration environment.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases like IBM DB2 and Oracle.
Required Education
Required Skills, Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience: 1 to 8 years as an Integration Developer.
- Specific Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of experience with IIB/App Connect and MQ.
- Experience with Oracle Integration or Tibco.
- Administration knowledge on App Connect and MQ is a plus.
- Full-stack development experience (e.g., J2EE, JavaScript, Node.js, React) is a plus.
