Requirements
We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion PPM Cloud Specialistwith 10+ years of expertise in implementing Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud and a proven track record of successful full life cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud Implementation:
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud to meet diverse business requirements.
- Provide hands-on expertise in modules such as:
- Project Foundation
- Project Control
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Grants Management
- Project Management
Project Execution:
- Lead or contribute to at least2–3 full life cycle implementationsand provide post-implementation support.
- Identify functionality gaps and design appropriate solutions to bridge them.
- Apply Oracle project methodology and testing strategies, including:
- Conference Room Pilots (CRP)
- Process Playbacks
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Documentation & Configuration:
- Document application setups and maintain clear records of project configurations.
- Prepare and deliver functional specification documents, solution designs, and prototypes.
Technical Integration:
- Execute data conversion/migration strategies and develop inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Utilize tools likeData Load,REST API,FBDI, and Oracle PPM Cloud reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with third-party applications for seamless integration and reporting solutions.
Business Interaction & Training:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and adapt to their requirements.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective system utilization.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Experience:Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle applications.
- Specialization:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud, especially in Project Accounting.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in data integration tools like REST API, FBDI, and data migration strategies.
- Strong reporting skills using Oracle PPM Cloud.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for business interactions and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle’s strategic approaches to handling data conversion and integration.
