Job Description:
Member of 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre
Working on escalated/production issues and providing solution
adhering to the SLA
Guide L2 engineers & work alongside for troubleshooting
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems
through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to
resolve customer issues
Should be knowledgeable in Server Administration (Windows/Linux)
Preferred Skills:
ØStrong hands-on knowledge of setting up production, staging
and dev environments on AWS
ØShould be knowledgeable in Server
Administration (Windows and/or Linux)
ØStrong SQL/Windows administration experience preferably
with certification
ØStrong Database administration experience preferably
with certification
ØWeb server configuration, fine tuning and
management
ØAWS Cloud certifications - Professional level
ØExperience working on Cloud computing, DevOps,
CI/CD
ØGuiding juniors to perform their role
effectively
ØExcellent oral and written communication
skills
ØIntermediate++ - Windows & Linux
ØCustomer interaction experience
ØStrong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP
addressing & Subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, VPN)
ØExperience working on Scripting languages
ØExposure to Automation, DevOps
ØExperience working on ticketing system
ØFamiliar with ITIL processes
ØShould be flexible to work in rotational
shifts
