Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

As member of the Enterprise Analytics Team, you must be an experienced and inspiring specialist in the dimensions of technology and analytics with first proven record in strategic or operational execution. You are a role model in a team of junior and senior talents with diversity in experience, background, and locations. Translating business (processes) into numbers and KPIs, fully digital and automated, must be your DNA. You must embrace transparency and simple access to data in an SAP and non-SAP environment to help DBG Group to take decisions faster based on reliable data. The perfect candidate for this role will have a “can do” positive attitude.

Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of innovative data analytics products and projects for our business partners on the Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Platform with complex and distributed data pipelines
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Deutsche Börse Group to bring data products to life
- Build, strengthen and maintain a close relationship to main stakeholder
- Contribute to further improving our development processes and help shaping best practices within the team
Your profile:
- Technical or University Degree in Business Informatics, Business Management, Information Technology or a similar field paired with a passion for data
- Professional experience working in a Data Engineering or Data Analyst role (+2 Years)
- Strong experience in advanced data-modelling using Cloud services like Databricks
- Distinguished capabilities in ETL / ELT development and deployment of data flows
- Background in cloud technologies preferable Google Cloud (Azure, AWS would be an advantage) and how to utilize them with real use-cases
- Ability to effectively explain the relevant concepts and technologies with a strong passion in analyzing business needs together with the various stakeholders
- Understanding of modern BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Pragmatic, proactive, dynamic, open-minded, flexible and independent personality
- Good communication with peers, technical teams, and business representatives
- Fluent English, advanced German language skills are an advantage
