Job Description
As an administrator with proven experience and skills, you will work closely with the Corporate Teams, Heads of Nursing/Senior Managers, Lead Nurses and Temporary Staffing Team to ensure the effective systems and process for the use of temporary (bank) and Agency Staff are embedded into practice throughout the Trust.
You will support the Lead Nurses in monitoring and maintaining compliance, quality and governance as well as the complaint procedures within the Temporary Staffing Department.

Use of tact and persuasive skills where reluctance to conform to Trust requirements is encountered Ability to work with staff at all levels Understanding and ability to liaise with partners/other agencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate empathetically with all disciplines
