Job Title: Corporate Compliance Administrator
Location: Remote with travel approximately 30-50%. Prefer candidates located closer to major airport.
Requirements:
- Prefer candidates with experience in contract-based work environments.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases.
- Experience with worker compensation claim management preferred. HIPAA training a plus.
- Comfortable utilizing technology and Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Knowledgeable of safety standards, quality control practices, and environmental programs. EM 385-1-1 knowledge a plus.
- Comfortable researching topics and creating presentations or programs.
- Comfortable with creating and presenting training materials.
- Comfortable with quick turnaround deadlines.
- Versed in ISO 9001 standard requirements and program components.
- Experience creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on database information.
- Interest in new learning opportunities and growth in responsibilities.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Compliance by recording meeting minutes, taking and documenting attendance by attending all associated meetings and training classes as required.
- Research and coordinate medical clinic identification for each contract with site management and operations leadership.
- Create, verify, and provide site management with program packages including required forms, templates, plans, and postings for each work site.
- Upload files into SharePoint to support site operations.
- Assist in the creation of Activity Hazard Analyzes libraries for contracts.
- Assist with the implementation of the safety LMS system.
- Research and identify third-party training resources as required by contracts.
- Assist in training site management on the use of software.
- Collect and maintain databases of information from site performance and staff credentials.
- Create reports based on databases and results. Track any corrective actions as necessary for improved performance.
- File initial worker compensation cases to create claim numbers. Support the Compliance Department regarding incident management as necessary.
- Maintain OSHA 300 logs.
- Maintain database of incidents with open worker compensation claims to track progress of employee health.
- Create and manage data entry documentation for monthly QC/safety evaluations, management review meeting minutes, site audits, internal audits, customer satisfaction surveys, and ISO 9001 audits to retrieve and record corrective action plans.
- Create tracking mechanisms required to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping is maintained throughout the program.
- Assist with close out of contract documentation to be submitted to the contract managers per contract requirements. Assist sites in safety equipment dissemination at the close of contracts.
- Travel to sites as needed for audits, emergency response, and start up initiatives.
