As a Consultant, you would be expected to perform the following activities:

·Provide technical and consultative leadership of GRC solution opportunities on a broad spectrum of complexengagements

·Design and develop typical GRC solutions like risk management (enterprise and IT risk), compliance management, issue and corrective action plan management, exception management, policy lifecycle management, third party risk management, audit management, threat and vulnerability management, enterprise asset management, security operations management for clients acrossindustries.

·Define, enhance, and implement enterprise risk management frameworks based on industry standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, PCI, NIST, and HIPAA etc.) on GRC technologies such as RSAArcher.

·Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and identifying gaps within existing systems andprocesses.

·Define the architecture and design elements for implementation of GRC solution (including design data/object models, technical workflows diagrams, access control modelsetc.).

·Lead build/ configuration of GRC solutions on RSA Archer as per defined business requirements anddesign.

·Assist in package migration across environment in cloud based and on-premsetup

·Lead SDLC efforts for successful build, test, and rollout of GRC solution into productionuse.

·Assist in developing GRC governance and operating model for the set up and sustainment of the GRCprogram.

·Assist is day to day sales and practice developmentefforts

Required:

·3-7 years of relevant Archerexperience

·Hands-on experience in application developments, ODAs, DDEs, UI, Reports and Dashboards, Advanced Workflows, Mail Merge and other administrativeactivities

·Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, andHTML5

·Well versed with various RSA products & platformcapabilities.

·Hands-on implementation experience and functional knowledge on at least two solutions on the Archerplatform

·Experience in code migration across environments in cloud based and on-premset-up.

·Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations

·Createsbusinessandtechnicaldesignspecificationsforimplementationofthe ArcherPlatform

·Musthavedeliveredmorethan2-3projectsfromscratch/requirementgatheringtotillgo-live

·Must have experience with data feeds – Http Transporter, JavaScriptTransporter.

Preferred:

·Good to have a track record of presentation on Archer conferences / Key ClientPresentations

·A case study of an on-demand applicationdesign

·Administrative knowledge on Archer ControlPanel
