Inviting applications for the of Technical Associate – Sox Compliance
Responsibilities:
• Good IT SOX Experience as SOX Tester.
• Testing, quality assurance, IT Risk and Compliance
• Good understanding of Information security and Compliance
• Coordinate data ingestion -Develop and build dashboards that assist in the continuous monitoring activities in support of the set controls (both SOX GITC's and Cyber key metrics for Governance Initiatives)
• Support metrics generation, monitoring defect remediation and guidelines documentation
• Provide QAR process improvements/automation support
• TOE, TOD, RFT & External Audit Assistance for the General IT Controls (GITCs) Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) Application Controls.
• Review control evidence for adherence to accuracy, completeness and precision of control execution of all ITGC and NIST controls
• Data sampling, Testing of General IT / Shared Process controls and document the test result
• Provide technical support in the assessment, design & implementation of ITGC requirement.
• Work with control owners & Testers to ensure quality, consistency and operability of new & existing controls.
• Validate & update documentation as needed to ensure scope, testing & remediation activities are accurate.
• Identifying TOD/TOE control failures and report as ‘Deficiencies’, Remediation/Mitigation of failed controls and validate remediated controls.
• Review test findings, facilitate the remediation of ITGC control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to senior management within IT.
• Support the review of IT tools, control designs and control remediation planning efforts.
• Collaborate & build long-term relationship with key stakeholders in a fast paced & matrixed work environment.

• Ensure completing SDLC Compliance reviews for SOX/ Tools and critical applications for ITGC and NIST controls.
• Experience in improving the process for managing system authorizations considering the aspects of SDLC.

• Security, risk and compliance\: Review analyst responsible for performing regulatory compliance and control implementation on critical systems (global) including application, operating systems (servers) and databases to meet standard frameworks like ISO / GDPR / SOX etc. Review of business applications, tools, platforms etc. at each in-scope layer is critical to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform detailed analysis and review to support defined requirements, including tests of control design and effectiveness for applications, databases, and the general computing environment
• Dashboard development (Sisense or other similar tool(s)), Relational Databases (i.e. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle…)
• SQL Queries, Business analyst skills
• Support Central (document storage, workflows, forms, etc.,) or other similar tool(s)
• experience working with SQL and/or working in multiple large datasets
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (i.e AWS, Redshift)
• Good understanding on Agile methodology and implementation
• JIRA tool basics.
Qualification we seek in you!
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualifications
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
Knowledge on ITIL Service Management framework
