The Position:
We’re looking for an RTO Specialist to join our team as an RTO Quality Consultant. You will work with us to provide consulting services to our clients on a wide range of projects. Your role will be fast paced, full of variety and integral to the consulting team and supporting our clients to achieve success. Tasks will include:
- Supporting clients with RTO Registration, (including domestic, CRICOS and ELICOS)
- Supporting clients with extensions to scope, internal audits, compliance and quality management
- Assisting clients with rectifications and appeals
- Course design and development
- Assessment quality checks/ validation
- Attending audits or meetings with clients as required
- Conducting research, proof-reading, completing application forms etc.
- Project management
- & much more
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years working in an RTO compliance management role
- At least 10 years working in the VET sector
- Excellent project management skills
- High level client relationship skills
- Experience working within a number of RTOs of varying sizes
- Comprehensive understanding of the VET sector and regulatory requirements of RTOs
- Comprehensive understanding of the AQF, Standards for RTOs, AQTF, and preferably CRICOS and ELICOS
- Understanding of various funding and fee help models
- Comprehensive understanding of best practice in policy and procedure design, business practices and systematic approaches to RTO management
- Experience in participating in internal and external audits with regulatory bodies.
