- Salary: $108,109 to $116,864 – ASO7 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 30 June 2025
Overview:
The Principal Policy and Compliance Officer will be accountable for:
- Planning, implementing, and driving the successful delivery of a range of complex projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of SA Health policies, guidelines and strategies to support the portfolio.
- Coordinating and implementing project plans, policies and strategies to support health system service initiatives and ensure efficient service delivery with a high level of autonomy.
- Supporting the format, implementation, and management of policy advisory panel, working groups and other consultative and information gathering mechanisms with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on policies and guidelines.
- Undertaking critical analysis of data and information to support recommendations and evidence-based decision-making.
- Managing the policy and legislative reporting obligations.
- Proactively monitoring and evaluating projects, processes and initiatives to identify issues and barriers, mitigate risks, and undertaking assurance and review activities to ensure ongoing project and business improvements and on-time delivery.
