Introduction

We are seeking a knowledgeable GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and setup of GRC systems, analysing business requirements, and defining solutions that meet organizational needs. You will also lead project execution, ensuring successful implementation of GRC initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Configure and set up GRC systems to align with business processes and compliance requirements.

Analyse existing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Define and document solutions that effectively address business needs and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive understanding of GRC objectives.

Execute project plans, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct testing and validation of GRC solutions to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Provide training and support to end-users, promoting awareness and understanding of GRC processes and tools.

Stay current with GRC best practices, regulations, and industry trends to continually enhance our solutions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in GRC system configuration and setup.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on solution definition and implementation.

Excellent project execution capabilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specific GRC tools and technologies (e.g., SAP GRC, RSA Archer).

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
