About the Role
The Compliance Analyst is comprised of two primary areas of responsibility for the management and oversight of the onboarding process for supplier workers across the organization and, verifying credentials. in accordance with individual customer contract requirements and RightSourcing requirements to ensure all regulatory standards are met.
Day In the Life
A typical day may involve activities such as initiating the onboarding process for new engagements, ensuring completion of onboarding requirements according to the appropriate client matrix, performing primary source verification for specified items, utilizing and updating the appropriate databases and/or information systems, communicating to the worker and client services all appropriate updates, and update and maintain expiring compliance items. Any additional special projects that may arise. Specific activities will vary based upon the client.
What You Will Do
• Utilizes vendor management system to process compliance documents and communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
• Conveys and collects compliance documentation from supplier workers and applicable vendors.
• Process Primary Source Verifications.
• Participate in client regulatory & accreditation audits (i.e., The Joint Commission & Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), as requested.
• Escalates, as appropriate, any delays in onboarding that will impact a worker’s start.
• Maintains relationships with client services that fosters open communication and builds a foundation on which we can provide accurate and timely compliance support.
• Updates and maintains the expired/expiring documents report for all supplier workers based on account/workload assigned.
• Engages in special compliance projects as needed to support assigned accounts.
• Supports client or RightSourcing audits by providing compliance documentation to client services or management upon request.
• Attend all assigned and requested training for the position.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements.
• Provides an expedient, clear, and positive onboarding experience for billable workers.
• Initiates appropriate background screening package and testing using the applicable vendors.
• Orders health screenings as needed per client and RightSourcing guidelines.
• Communicates clear expectations of the compliance process to supplier workers.
• Clearly communicates to client service partners regarding supplier worker onboarding status.
• Provides additional support for the Client Services Division as assigned.
• Perform administrative duties or other assigned tasks such as but is not limited to, answering phones, electronic filing, and data entry.

What You Will Need

• Must possess strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, use of copy machines, fax machines and other general office equipment.
• MSP experience.
• Experience with client interface.
Experience and Education
• Tier 1 level worker
o Experience: 2+ years with experience in HR/compliance/credentialing/data entry required
o Education: Associates Degree (AA, AS) in related field or equivalent experience
• Tier 2 level worker
o Experience: 4+ years HR/compliance/credentialing experience in healthcare staffing and/or in a hospital-required
o Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
