As a Senior Associate you will supervise and provide payroll compliance services for external clients.
Role and responsibilities:
- To monitor changes in payroll and payroll taxes related legislation and be familiar with best payroll practice.
- To provide ad-hoc Consultancy on payroll and payroll taxation related issues in terms of best practice and legislation.
- Customisation of 1C ЗУП based on clients requirements.
- To supervise routine (day to day) provision of Payroll Compliance Services to external clients including:
- Monthly Payroll Calculations.
- Weekly Settlements for vacation and termination payments
- Quarterly Tax Reporting (form 200.00);
Knowledge and skills required:
- Knowledge of the RK Tax and Labour Code and regulations related to payroll compliance.
- High education.
- Intermediate or above English.
- Experienced and knowledgeable on similar position min 3 years preferable: knowledge of 1C ЗУП 3.1, payroll calculations, posting of personnel costs to accounting ledger.
- Quick learner, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, respectful, team player, availability to work overtime (if required), ability to work under pressure.
- Desire to take a long-term position with stable and routine type of work.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and 1S ZUP preferable.
