This job is based in the Boston office on a hybrid schedule with 50% onsite work expected. The individual is expected to reside in the Boston District.
Supports execution of the Bank's business continuity management (BCM) and compliance programs, primarily focused on business continuity and resilience. This includes promoting overall organizational preparedness and resilience andassisting in the development and maintenance of crisis management and business continuity plans and procedures and planning guidance for the Bank's business functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business functions and various levels of management to ensure effective and appropriate planning and testing as well as contribute to ensuring readiness of contingency plansand equipment, in conjunction with IT, facilities, and law enforcement staff. This position reports to the Business Continuityand Compliance Director within the Corporate Strategy & Risk department.
Principal Accountabilities
Execution of the Bank's crisis management program, including contributing to the design and execution of awareness sessions, crisis communications tests, planning workshops and tabletop exercises
Collaborate with continuity planning representatives from the Bank's business functions to assist in supporting the design, development, maintenance and testing of business continuity plans, especially for the most critical functional areas of the organization.
