The Compliance Reviewer is responsible to evaluate marketing materials, communications, and websites of Medicare Part C and D plans and programs for compliance with Medicare marketing standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and prioritize action plans to ensure timely completion of reviews
• Perform research and analysis of data obtained for specific MA Part C and Prescription Drug Plans
• Document findings related to Compliance Reviews
• Use audit software
• Prepare final reports and exhibits to summarize all findings
• Identify findings requiring a Corrective Action Plan and monitor corrective actions
• Create and maintain reports to support contractual and regulatory compliance
