We’re seeking a Compliance Administrator to support our growing team at an established education recruitment company. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring Candidate Compliance: Manage the full compliance process for candidates, including document verification and DBS checks.
- Maintaining Standards: Work in line with REC and KCSIE guidelines.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee a compliance pipeline of 350 candidates annually, ensuring timely updates and processing.
- Auditing & Reporting: Compile audit preparation, run compliance reporting, and provide feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Collaborative Communication: Confidently engage with consultants to address compliance needs and ensure deadlines are met.
Key Tasks:
- Complete DBS and Health Risk Assessments.
- Handle references and update expiring documents.
- Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-5 years in education recruitment compliance.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with REC/KCSIE guidelines and full compliance processes.
- Skills: Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Attitude: Friendly, collaborative, and eager to grow with the business.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm UK time during term time.
- Adjusted hours during holidays (8 am - 3:30 pm UK time).
