Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift Timings: 6 pm to 4 am IST (Night shift)
Job and Responsibilities:
- Implement Quality Monitoring Standards & follow-ups taking corrective measures towards improvement
- Introduce new policies and procedures in area which are lacking in quality and keeping the track of the new compliances for the new process
- Highlight areas of risk in the process and present it with several generic data & reports to streamline the quality output
- Participate in huddle sessions, share inputs related to error trends and process updates with the Team Manager.
- Iterative Performance Analysis depending on client & process requirements
- Follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
- Responsible for complying with all QMS Policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduates /Graduates from any stream.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Previous Call Center Audit and Quality Management experience
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point), Internet
- Average typing speed of 35-40 WPM
