The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Consultant to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work with clients in various sectors while taking the lead on building a successful GRC division. You will be part of a talented team, responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering top-notch consultancy services.
Your role will involve leveraging existing client relationships while also driving new engagement within the industry. You'll be pivotal in our mission to build a stronger GRC presence both in the UK and internationally, ensuring that we provide best-in-class advisory services.
RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this role?
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment role, ideally within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector.
- Demonstrated success in client management and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the GRC landscape and the associated regulatory frameworks.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other platforms to headhunt senior candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
