The overall mission is to ensure that the ALD Group complies with the instructions of the Société Générale Group as well as with national laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the design, creation, maintenance of Compliance reportings and dashboards
- Initiate actions regarding the improvement and automation of reporting, connect all compliance data and create a holistic view for compliance reporting purposes, Enhance the compliance reporting to the appropriate level
- Set up procedures for compliance reporting
- Drive reporting campaigns, analyze data in Compliance reports and make synthesis and overall Compliance risk dashboards to be able to give an overview of all Compliance risks within the Group
- Be the SPOC for Ayvens Compliance on transformation projects related to transversal / oversight topics (including but not limited to scope management, risk assessment, training, my P&P, controls, reporting…)
