Job Responsibilities
- Execute recurring KIQ AQPP responsibilities of current Engagement Management Lifecycle (EMLC) or related polices, including outlier identification, outlier assessment, recording of remediating actions etc.
- Maintain basic database logic (within Power BI dashboards, using DAX and Power Query), or other coding languages and programs as needed) of underlying rules and calculations that support the implementation of any current EMLC or related policy
- Act as the initial point of contact to policy users for support in understanding and implementing any current EMLC or related policy, by actively promoting efficient use and implementation, and responding to queries
- Manage the health and sanitation of the RTMAEP functional mailbox by recording, appropriately addressing and filing any requests, queries or responses received
- Prepare any reporting required to Global Audit Quality (‘GAQ’) and related activities based in current EMLC or related policy, implementation progress and GAQ requirements
- Prepare Control Operator’s Program(s) (‘COP’) and supporting documentation for any Standard of Quality Management (SoQM) controls related to or satisfied by the EMLC or related processes
- Assist with compilation of electronic communications, including special alerts issued, while ensuring compliance with any further related SoQM controls
