The Compliance Coordinator (CC) will provide compliance support to the General Manager and Senior Safety and Compliance Manager for items related to safety, and regulatory compliance, including documentation, reporting, and training.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Notifying team members of report due dates and collaborating with the Compliance Team to ensure all reports are received promptly.
Conducting business-related research, analysis, and reporting
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information; Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
Assisting the Sr. Safety and Compliance Manager in ensuring all statutory reporting is completed accurately and timely.
Lead Safety committee and conduct monthly meetings.
File and retrieve Compliance documents, records, and reports.
Complete monthly Safety and Food Grade audits.
Conduct Safety Orientations for New Hires
Conduct daily safety walks in the facility.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong warehouse background.
Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculator.
Able to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
High level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employees.
Excellent people and communication skills to be able to work with differing personalities.
Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work area.
Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures and guidelines.
Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
Assists in maintaining the sanitation, security, and safety of the warehouse.

Salary Description

$25.00/hr
