Technical Lead Platform Engineer
$200,000 - $250,000 + equity (vesting over 4 years)
3 days a week onsite in Palo Alto
Job Description:
In this role, you'll define and implement the architecture, lead development efforts, and ensure the successful delivery of our cutting-edge healthcare AI solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the architecture of the AI SaaS platform
- Lead development of core platform services and ensure seamless integration
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Create technical documentation and collaborate with the team
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Langchain
- Strong background in API design, CI/CD, distributed systems, and large-scale system design
- Experience with scalability and Rest APIs
- Background in both large tech companies and startups (preferred)
- Founding engineer experience (plus)
- Generative AI experience (plus)
