Job Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology division of our company. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Unifier, and ERP Implementation. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological vision, strategy, and direction of our ERP solutions and overseeing successful ERP implementations. The candidate should also have a valid work permit for employment in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies to improve business processes and drive innovation across the organization.
- Define and manage technology-related KPIs and deliverables for internal teams and clients.
- Oracle Fusion & Unifier Expertise:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Unifier ERP solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and customize Oracle ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for Oracle Fusion and Unifier solutions, ensuring systems are efficiently deployed and maintained.
- ERP Implementation & Integration:
- Lead large-scale ERP implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA) to deliver seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Provide leadership on change management strategies to ensure smooth ERP system adoption.
- Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of technology professionals across multiple departments.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.
- Risk Management & Security:
- Ensure the security and integrity of ERP systems and data, implementing best practices and compliance protocols.
- Develop and enforce disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the liaison between business executives and technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on ERP system architecture and technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Unifier.
- Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems integration, project management, and change management processes.
- Prior experience in managing technical teams, cross-functional collaborations, and strategic planning.
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Unifier, and other related ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and ERP system infrastructure.
- Experience with ERP system implementation, support, and optimization.
- Proven track record in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- The candidate must have a valid work permit to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Unifier, or other relevant ERP platforms.
- Experience in the construction or project management industry (given Oracle Unifier’s focus on project lifecycle management).
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
