Job Responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Develop and enhance automation processes, ensuring robust continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines across multiple environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Implement observability and resilience practices throughout multi-cloud landing zones and system environments.
- Ensure all OCI deployments adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Continuously evaluate, onboard, and integrate new FedRAMP cloud services, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and networking security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply and maintain cloud architecture best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience working within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
- Agile collaboration tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira and Confluence).
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle OCI certifications.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and PeopleTools.
- Strong understanding of OCI concepts such as Compartments, Identity Domains, and Dynamic Groups.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Helm.
- Scripting expertise in PowerShell or Bash.
- Familiarity with cyber tools such as Orca, Splunk, Trend Micro, and STIG scanners.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of version control tools, including Git, and branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow or GitHub Flow).
- Understanding of cloud high-availability and scalability architectures.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack, including low-level systems
