Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical, operational, and business requirements for our platform.
- Design and build end-to-end experiences for the Venteur platform, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
- Architect efficient and scalable systems to meet customer demand and enhance user experiences.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, operations, and customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Continuously analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems.
- Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers.

…with these specific skills: Strong technical background, including 5+ years of experience building impactful products at scale.  Both front-end and back-end experience coupled with anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.  Commitment to high-quality code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation, and has appropriate production observability.  High degree of empathy for both internal and external customers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills that allow you to work effectively on a remote team. Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of data structures, OOP, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.

…bonus points if one of these is true: You have a strong fintech background, having navigated financial regulatory requirements while delivering technological solutions.You possess solid ML fundamentals and demonstrable experience with generative AI models.

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary: $165,000 - $195,000 per year
