Location: prefer Cleveland, OH, or Radnor, PA
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00/Annually (DOE)
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
Reports to: National Reliability Manager
Travel: Ability to travel on short notice up to 30%

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary: The Reliability Engineer (RE) will be an integral part of the development and execution of the reliability strategy and associated reliability programs within Airgas Merchant Gases (AMG) - Primary Production. AMG consists of 70+ industrial gas (O2, N2, H2, CO2) production sites across the United States. The RE is a leader in safety and identifies and manages asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations including developing and assisting Plant Managers with projects.to correct these risks. The RE must interface successfully with associates across the United States and influentially lead the organization to drive the continuous improvement of reliability in the AMG facilities.

Required Qualifications

5+ Years of Maintenance and Reliability experience
Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA) including complex investigations
Must be familiar with typically reliability tools such as:
Preliminary hazards analysis, Failure modes and effects analysis, Criticality analysis, Simplified failure modes and effects analysis, Maintainability information, Fault tree and event tree analysis, PdM technologies including oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic noise analysis, and infrared analysis

Preferred Qualifications

10+ Years of Maintenance and Reliability experience preferred
BS in Reliability Engineering or other related technical field
Certified Reliability Engineer preferred
Reliability Risk Assessment Studies and assistance in performing studies, and prioritizing action items based on risks to reliability.
TapRoot training preferred
Extensive working knowledge of rotating machinery, process equipment and associated maintenance practices knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements including API and ASME codes
