Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This role will primarily focus on administering Office 365, managing servers within our AWS environment, and leading security and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and FedRAMP, along with familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance labeling, Azure Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot deployments, and SIEM management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Office 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS EC2 instances, S3 storage, and IAM roles to support business applications and services.
Lead security and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and FedRAMP standards.
Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and tools.
Implement compliance labeling and data classification practices to safeguard sensitive information.
Manage Azure Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and integration with Office 365 services.
Deploy and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and Autopilot for device provisioning.
SIEM management: Monitor and respond to alerts from Security Information and Event Management systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor system security and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage infrastructure projects, optimizing system performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Proficiency in managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, etc.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks: NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, FedRAMP.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and compliance labeling.
Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory management.
Experience deploying and managing Intune/Autopilot for MDM and device provisioning.
Experience with SIEM platforms for monitoring and responding to security alerts.
Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
