Responsibilities:

Respond to due diligence requests from bank and third-party partners with information about compliance program.
Provide support to team lead on critical projects.
Perform Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) reviews, evaluating and then mitigating the risks introduced by vendors (suppliers, third parties, or business partners) both before establishing a business relationship and during the business partnership.
Perform internal reviews and identify compliance problems that need to be resolved.
20-25% will be helping to build out the compliance program and support the enhancement of internal workflows and building internal playbooks.
75% working with high-risk clients and conducting AML & financial crimes controls reviews.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
3+ years relevant experience.
At least one year of cryptocurrency industry experience.
Strong relationship building skills.
Possess a strong understanding of AML and vendor risk assessments.
Experience with acting as a liaison & work cross-functionally supporting reporting, tracking and process improvements.
CAMS certification a plus.
