Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Manager at Revival Animal Health in Orange City, IA, with flexibility for remote work. The IT Manager will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, manage technology projects, ensure data security, and provide technical support to employees. Additionally, the IT Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate IT administrator/help desk support role.
Minimum3-5 years of experience in VOIP / digital phone system
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration
IT infrastructure management, technology project management, and data security skills
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
Knowledge of network administration and cyber security best practices
Proficiency in IT procurement and vendor management
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and industry regulations
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus
