National Mobile X-Ray provides 24-7-365 mobile radiology services to skilled nursing facilities, ALF's and home health bound patients.National Mobile X-Ray is not your standard mobile radiology company. We are a very employee-friendly workplace, offering great pay and excellent benefits.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:X-Ray Technologist must be competent in the following:Explaining the procedure to the patientPositioning the patient properlyPositioning Radiation protection devices such as lead shieldsSetting X-Ray equipment at the correct angle and height over the appropriate area of a patient’s bodySetting Controls on the X-Ray machine to produce X-Rays or radiographs of the appropriate density, detail, and contract.Placing exposure board beneath and under the part of the patient’s body to be examined and make the exposureComputer literateTransmitting images via web based PACs systemFollowing Physicians instruction and orders preciselyKeeping patient records and adjust/maintain equipmentAbility to travel short and long distances to place of serviceEducation & Qualifications:ARRT/RT with Current TX requirementsNew graduates are welcome to applySalary based on Experience however the range is $29-33/hr.We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits and potential advancement opportunities.
