Key Responsibilities

Researching market trends and consumer behavior to identify brand opportunities
Developing comprehensive brand strategies and positioning recommendations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness
Measuring and analyzing the performance of brand initiatives and making data-driven recommendations
Conducting competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market
Managing brand guidelines and ensuring adherence in all marketing materials
Leading brand workshops and training sessions to disseminate brand knowledge
Contributing to product development by providing valuable brand insights and consumer perspectives
Building and nurturing relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance brand reach
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in brand management
Collaborating with senior management to align brand strategies with overall business objectives
Creating compelling narratives and messaging that embody the brand's values and mission

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in brand management or strategic marketing roles
