Salary Range: $74,000 - $78,000 (Depending on qualifications)

Essential and Primary Responsibilities:

Network Management (30%): Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
Security (20%): Monitor network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
Troubleshooting (20%): Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
Performance Monitoring (10%): Regularly monitor network performance and optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability.
Documentation (5%): Maintain detailed network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
User Support (5%): Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues and best practices.
Vendor Management (5%): Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for network hardware and software.
Compliance (5%): Ensure network operations comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Proficiency in enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), network protocols, and security practices. Experience with Azure network is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours for maintenance and emergency support.
Growth mindset for continuous professional development to stay current with technology advancements.
Experience with consultant and vendor engagement.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required (10% travel with locations all over the state of MN)
